To exchange unworn purchases here is what you need to know:
You have (3) days after purchase to exchange unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items in-store or by mail. Please provide your in-store receipt or your order number and we will provide a replacement.
Please note that face mask sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes, we’ll deliver your package local (Milwaukee County). Choose the “Local Delivery” option at checkout and we’ll deliver to the shipping address listed on your order (Additional charges may apply). In most cases, orders are delivered within 24-hours of purchase.
Do you offer In Store Pick Up?
Yes, we offer In Store Pick Up for online orders. Choose your desired pickup location at checkout and we’ll dispatch your order within 12-24 hours and notify you upon package arrival.
How do I track my order?
We offer order tracking services that keep you updated about open orders. Simply create a new account at checkout and view your order updates from your “My Account” page.
